WORLDVIEW TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

This division of Worldview International provides training and management development programmes for students, young adults, policy-makers and staff of educational institutions. These programmes are tailor made t suit the requirements of the particular group. They usually take the form of short courses on specific topics, workshops and conferences, but may be linked to academic programmes.

Worldview International training services are offered to students organisations, government and educational institutions.

These services include:

·        Needs analyses- the identification of training requirements.

·        Short courses to meet specific needs of junior, middle and senior staffs of educational institutions, student organization and the general public in the areas of leadership, communications, operations management and quality management.
